Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been prepared and fulfilled, it will be dispatched to the shipping carrier. Delivery times begin after dispatch and may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Information

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, high seasonal demand, or local postal service disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Kobra Gym is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping is handled by the carrier and is no longer under our direct control. Kobra Gym is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other third parties.

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant supporting information. We will assist by reviewing the case and, where applicable, opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Any replacement, refund, or store credit for lost or damaged parcels will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation, the shipping status, and the information provided by the customer.

If tracking shows that the parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, Kobra Gym may not be able to issue a replacement or refund.

For damaged orders, claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of:

  • the damaged item
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

Customs and Import Duties

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
